Chassis Foam

Hey Guys,

Been Doing some reasearch on chassis foam for the rails in my R33.

Now most of us know that ye ole skylines arnt exactly stiff in the chassis department, I can hear the hole car creak and grown when crossing driveways etc.

Has anyone used the expanding foam in their cars and what exact foam has to be used. I know you can get stuff from the local hardware store but am unsure on:

a) How Much to use in the rails (i.e dont want the rails to split with the pressure)

b) What type of expanding foam do I use

c) Is it worth while (would surely be better than a strut brace and more than likely cheaper aswell)

I've tried searching google but there are no real definitave answers to the questions
