On Saturday, we had the SAU-NSW Texikhana event on, which was ONLY $40, and the only ones to show were Xmetal (who was on photographic duties), fat-lad and Coastal Chill (who came along to spectate after their trip to Ikea), and Jebud (who also came along to spectate, and brought the kids along).

Now, seeing as the rest of you ALL epic-failed to appear at the Texikhana, who is coming up this Thursday night?

My wedding anniversary tomorrow - shit better organise flowers

hmmm....you have so many things to learn Rookie!

.....I guarantee you could go to the meet and just pick up some flowers from 7/11 on the way home topping it of with the phrase "Honey sorry I am late but I had to search for these rare flowers all over Sydney for you" or alternatively just get a six pack on the way home and go for make up sex later when she is still angry!!! :)

So, who's coming to the coast tonight, or at least to the truck stop? If no-one's going along (or if whoever is there is going ALL the way to the coast), I might head up early to do some shopping at Erina.

Oran Park South Circuit driver training day,

Sunday the 4th of October!!!

Who's coming along??? This will be one of your VERY LAST chances to use this legendary, historic track EVER! It's being closed down at the end of this year, and will be demolished and replaced with a bloody housing estate. :ph34r:

Get in and track your car while you can - this is the Sunday of a long weekend, so make the most of it, people.

Don't let ME be the only Stagea there, please!

      Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !

      There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.

      Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂

      The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
