Carpet Cleaners

Just moved out of my current rental, and the agent wants me to get the carpets cleaned (before they rip them up anyway). The carpets were old when I moved in 13 years ago!

Anyone here have a carpet cleaning business, or have friends / family in the business, that can give me a "this carpet can't be cleaned" excuse note to give to the agent.

Any help appreciated.

Since the agent is going to rip them up, why in the world does the carpet need cleaning anyway??

Thing about these agents is that, they won't let you off without paying for cleaning.

Offer to rip the carpet up for them...

Just make sure they drop off a bin for you to put it in...
