The engine was rebuilt recently and has done about 3000ks. The car has 100,000ks on it. Dyno was done early August and showed 240kw at the rear wheels.

Mods done during engine rebuild include:

- Apexi Power FC

- rebuilt turbos with steel exhaust wheels

- 600cc injectors

- Tomei metal head gasket

- KNN air filters

- HKS stage 2 cams and valve springs

The price is $32,000 ono

The car's is South East suburbs of Melb. 0409 802 472

Stock pistons are back in it. Engine should tolerate approximately 350rwkw without the need for forgies if tuned properly, nevertheless 240rwkw is hardly stressing the engine. There's some more tuning to be done to get more from 240rwkw from 13.5psi, but I was happy with the power, and it will blow away almost anything on the street. Ran it at heathcote before the rebuild with standard motor, except the 3 inch exhaust from the turboes and it ran 13.03 and 105.9 mph. Which I think standard would be approx 160rwkw. All engine internals were crack tested and checked before reassembly. Not the same engine that was in it before.

my apologies missgtr it seems that my sisters friend has made a fool of himself while i was away from the computer but still logged on. i would never consider making an offer on a car that i haven't seen or driven and am not even in the market for a car at the moment. good luck with the sale btw if you have spent all this money why are you getting rid of it

okay, if ur husband has lost his license, how does he get on the road to shops or work? that's one think i am wondering about..^^

p.s. there's no any defensive attitute to this forum, as i just love GTR32 very much

will u consider trading in business?

First of all, what a strange comment to make, Gtt98! I think you're just a bit looney!

If you are interested in the car, write something to that effect. If you're not, please try to write something constructive if you need to make a comment at all.

I am trying to sell my car, that's all. So, people in this forum can ask questions relating to the sale of the car, not how my husband goes to the shops!

    • Sorry to hear your HFM BM57 was faulty,  did you contact HFM I would hope they would be at least grateful for the information if there was some sort of manufacturing fault, you would hope they would be sympathetic even if your item was 2 years old if it had never been fitted. May I ask where it leaked from ?
    • Cats are called Bella, and Donna...  Like that poisonous plant And I remember your 2 monsters, I remember making a little bit of wee when you let them out... LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it
    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
    • Not to mention they drive like a bucket of bolts! yuck!
