ok guys i may be deciding to sell the 31 and go bigger and better with a more newer/ more adjustable car

u guys know and have seen what it can do at lala

for a run down of what its got

-fully regoed shell

-brand new paint but can do with some touch ups as it was a shed job and i had to roll the gurads insanely lol

-huge 18x9 and 18x10.5 wheels with decent tyres

-full cage custom modified to fit the 31 very nicley

-seat and harness that is brand new and in date

-all sound deadner removed and painted interior

-hydro h/brake custom made

-full set of isc coil overs 1yr old

-custom fabricated exhaust and cooler piping

-oil cooler and p/steer cooler

-custom rack ends and tie rod end set up for more lock

-it has a 20det with N/A cams and a garret 2871 making 205kw on a very safe tune

-gtr injectors

-z32 afm

-custom made castor rods

-alloy rad on custom mount with twin thermos

-surge tank with std lift pump and bosch motorsport fuel pump

-various gauges and switches

-all aircon heater removed

-4.11 spooled diff

-nearly every bush is new

-protective bulk head and parcel shelf to meet cams ruling

-new water pump and timing belt and ilder bearings

thats all i can think of atm while im at work if i remember any more ill chuck it up

i have found a new shell so these will be the options that i can do it in

full complete running car the way it is and has rolled home after drifts $9000

full complete running car no wheels $7000

complete drift ready rolling shell just wack a motor and box in $5500

i can do other options to so if any body is keen and whats a differnt option let me know what u want and a offer

    • Hope you aren't too sore after that one, might take a day or 2 to notice yet and I guess it is a loooooong drive home. On the bright side, tube frame front end is a thing at superlap, right?

    • The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same.     • Yeah dunno why johhny posted that here with no context, just post on FB/insta bro where he put it up?  Laine had an off at T4 during Thurs prac, he's ok, car is less than perfect, they are done for the weekend, he can fill in the rest. Bando also binned it like 100m up the road.
