Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone in Hobart or thereabouts might be able to lend me a set of 4 wheels with road legal tires for a few hours this saturday afternoon so I can get my R32 (5 stud) across the pits - Mine have a bit of camber wear, and being a gts4 I would like to keep them all the same. I have a set of spare wheels I if needed while I borrow yours, and I will pick up and return the wheels with beers of your choice :P If you can help me out I would really appreciate it, shoot me a PM if you can. Thanks everybody!

Ah yeah i have Funz's 17's you can borrow as well Dave :(

dopnt quite think they have legal tred for a pits pass lol. might need them this weekend as i might be selling them :D. ive got 2 stock r33 rims with legal rubber at home and if i ask my friend for my other 2 rims back they easily have legal tred available.**

(messaged my friend to see if i can get them back , will be available to borrow if so, she said she can get her other tyres fixed and get mine back so ill have an update soon , PM me for more info)

No worries, how big's your budget ;)

Nice one, thanks guys :) I cant wait to get this car on the road!

Your welcome to grab them anytime mate but be warned they are brand new so i will know if you have any fun

Thanks Ben - I dont think I will be going too silly, the last thing I want is to draw any attention to myself driving an unregistered car! I will give you a shout as soon as I know my rear hub has its new ball joint pressed in and I will be all set for saturday :(

    • Agreed, and in particular the earth strap that should go from the subframe to the chassis but it often broken or left off. There is a section in the R32 workshop manual you can follow for troubleshooting if you don't see anything suspicious, and depending where you are (there is no location on your user profile) you should be able to get your hands on a second hand replacement unit still if needed
    • Yeah they mention as a R34 for 2.5 Turbo...but then again thos "small" were also for R34 by that different site. But i look into it and that 310mm EBC is for R34 GTT. And by those you linked the specs are the same 🙂    EDIT: I found these on one site here: DBA 4000 series T3 DBA42304S They are 310mm...and it says are for R34GTT...are there good? EDIT2: ok they have pads too.  What "color" should i get for street use? I dont want/need some noisy ones...(and if they are not that dusty that is good too)
    • Yeah, shame. Maybe  driver's carpet is available 🙏. I am waiting for both amayama and nangun to confirm.
    • Probably. I take it that they are also mentioned to be for R34 Skyline? For example.... RDA has that part as RDA7957. I have the dimpled and slotted version of that on my car https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/285518478694?srsltid=AfmBOopKxMuAFpsxZJdB1cam4D5RAj1f9yJyOttPZLAwXVNCOiwlhrIy This is DBA's top one piece equivalent https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/364246686631?srsltid=AfmBOorbb0XHQgqTvZLgQPhg70nqJtGvdojKnugum3O2LFSr2h-obp8D
