My friend spent alot ofmoney on DRCRX and I drove it there.

It makes 270kw at the front wheels and is an easy 12 second car.

But some top bloke on performance forums is bagging it out.

I just want you guys to bag him out for being a moron his nick is autokat.

No probs, it's like Christian said , I do up my ride so that I am happy with it, not for anyone else (ok maybe for those school girls at Maccas but thats it) .... and that being said no-one has the right to rip the shit out of something that someone has put hard work into, even if they do not particularly like it, they should respect that persons property, time and effort and keep their mouth shut.

I just wanna see this c*nts ride .... that is, if he has one.

Thanks jim. it makes it worth it having net friends like you buddy.

I am just so upset that some guy doesnt even know about the car and makes mockery out of it because he doesnt like the front bar. Its wrong.

That is the biggest problem with performance forums. They always bag out peoples rides. I use to lik ethat forum but I know what kind of people they have over there so I wont bother anymore.

Thanks again buddy. :)

hahaha yeah I just read it . your a champ squizz. hehehe.

Just dont reply anymore . They wont change there stupid ways.

If a car doesnt suit their style then it is rice. Truth is they are a bunch of stupid nerds behind pcs anyways.

We all rock here, Thanks guys when I needed you.

Minh, I saw that thread last Friday, I was gonna mention it in my email, cos I knew he was your friend.

There was only a couple of comments when I saw it, now it's disappeared???

Whatever u guys wrote it must've been good!! :)

Hahaha don't worry Jim, it's all good, the ppl you were aiming at probably read what u wrote.

I'm just pissed off i missed it!

Usually they will just lock the thread if it gets too heated, but to remove it seems a bit drastic! Did it get really abusive or what??

me wants the goss :wink::):)

doesnt matter I am over it. As shell said. That guy with Dr CRX is my friend. He does everything legitimately and he is a honest good person who works very hard and then for someone to post that crap and and insult him I wont take crap at all. Not from a bunch of nerdy performance forum guys who sit behind their pcs all day long and think they have a god given right to insult people and their cars and get away with it.

I was very very angry and all I can say is that they are a bunch of chickens.

    • I feel I should re-iterate. The above picture is the only option available in the software and the blurb from HP Tuners I quoted earlier is the only way to add data to it and that's the description they offer as to how to figure it out. The only fields available is the blank box after (Input/ ) and the box right before = Output. Those are the only numbers that can be entered.
    • No, your formula is arse backwards. Mine is totally different to yours, and is the one I said was bang on at 50 and 150. I'll put your data into Excel (actually it already is, chart it and fit a linear fit to it, aiming to make it evenly wrong across the whole span. But not now. Other things to do first.
    • God damnit. The only option I actually have in the software is the one that is screenshotted. I am glad that I at least got it right... for those two points. Would it actually change anything if I chose/used 80C and 120C as the two points instead? My brain wants to imagine the formula put into HPtuners would be the same equation, otherwise none of this makes sense to me, unless: 1) The formula you put into VCM Scanner/HPTuners is always linear 2) The two points/input pairs are only arbitrary to choose (as the documentation implies) IF the actual scaling of the sensor is linear. then 3) If the scaling is not linear, the two points you choose matter a great deal, because the formula will draw a line between those two points only.
    • Nah, that is hella wrong. If I do a simple linear between 150°C (0.407v) and 50°C (2.98v) I get the formula Temperature = -38.8651*voltage + 165.8181 It is perfectly correct at 50 and 150, but it is as much as 20° out in the region of 110°C, because the actual data is significantly non-linear there. It is no more than 4° out down at the lowest temperatures, but is is seriously shit almost everywhere. I cannot believe that the instruction is to do a 2 point linear fit. I would say the method I used previously would have to be better.
