miss diagnostics, what u think?

Alright, at first the car was missing at roughly 4500, it would sputter and pop etc etc, tonight it has started to do it under load going up a hill in 5th, then it started to miss at idle and at 2500rpm after that basically. Any ideas as to what it is??? Tomorrow im putting a new set of sparkies in there which will replace the iridiums which have been in there for about 6000klms.
