just went through my first ever defect station

anybody want to take a rough guess at list of defects, if any?

no defects.

cop "does this have a blow off valve?"

me "......no?"

cop "rev it"

rev no whoosh, rev no whoosh

"you're right, keep driving"

I IS SOO JEALOUS OF YOUUU

nice one brother <3

when i had my android, i topped out one month at 700mb. but rarely went over 500mb, and i flogged the data on that thing. even when at home, id use that data not my wifi.

Seeing that makes me a sad panda... I'd ALMOST be tempted to take it off his hands (for free) if he gave me everything I needed to undo what he's done.

wtf happened to the engine?

It was sold with the car back in 2005.

Someone from Secret Drift ended up with the motor.. As a box of bits. Someone along the line gutted the tastey bits from the motor and sold the poor kid a dummy more or less.

My housemate has come to the conclusion this house is haunted.

On top of our fridge there's one beer bottle for every beer we've had (long story) anyway, so during the night they all crashed to the ground when we we're all asleep but it woke us all up as well from upstairs. I would have thought it was just the compressor has kicked on and its shaken the fridge a bit and caused them to topple.

So last night they thought it'd be a grand idea to get out the faithful and foolproof ouija board. They are all conviced the house is haunted and there's a ghost coming to f**k shit up etc.

Ideas on scaring stoner housemate?

ok, so today I headed along to Lakeside for the Legends return.

Awesome cars, lots of sun and a few crashed. The best bit of the day was sniper boobies.....

That is all.

I agree. Group A is awesome.

The photographer was my mate Craig. After you guys left, there were 2 accidents at the end of the main straight. Both cars drop a rear tyre in the dirt on the right hand side of the track and ended up spinning into the tyre barrier.

I know Craig got a few pics, I'll see if I can get a hold of them.

    • I'll get one of these also just for giggles
    • I bought 6 new spark plugs to compare readings. They will be here tomorrow and ill see if meter is far off if it all. I know one is at least reading 0 so its best replace all anyway if one is bad, from experience. I still have to test the harness just to be sure its not a double issue and I waste my time haha-the old plugs are iridium I always thought those lasted more than 50,000 km.
    • If you take the top half of the intake off you can unbolt the flap off the shaft and leave the shaft in there blocking the hole. Then you can remove the little vacuum canister off from under the manifold and get a spare vacuum line to run to the ECU. I can take some photos of it later. Probably best to get the vacuum source to the ECU sorted first though. Mine all worked mint with the base map from the GTT an I've pretty much let the closed loop sort the fueling and took 1 degree out of the whole timing map.
    • This IS something you also have to configure in Haltech (or at least I did in the past when going from onboard-to-ECU map sensor and an external MAP sensor in haltech land).
    • I'm hoping it's something as simple as the ECU is looking for an external MAP sensor, but he is trying to use the onboard MAP sensor.
