I have made a set of RB25 to RB26 Intake/Plenum conversion adaptor plates.

Since i have the mold, i might be able to get it below $400 for the plates if i get the sufficient quatities. I paid $400 to have the plates cut.

The adaptor plates are made in such way where cylinder heads dont have to welded.

The only thing needed to be modify is the water outlet, either to cut and weld the water outlet or run the head with no VTC. Im running mine without VTC, so i have no issues with it.

PM me if anyone is interested.

Hmmm ..... although I am in the process of welding my spare 25 Neo head I won't mind getting a set for my standard running ER34 head and have next to no downtime. The only problem is that I live in Trinidad in the West Indies. Get me a price shipped over here, my postal code is TT. Cheers.

Jason.

Will post the pics up once the plenum is installed.

Think it would be better for buyers to have a look at the pics before getting the plates.

Dont want any returns and having those plates not fitting.

Cheers!

Latest pics of the adaptor plates for RB26DETT throttle & plenum conversion.

Let me know if anyone is interested with the adaptor plates.

It fits perfectly into the engine bay.

You will need to cut and weld your stock RB25 water pipe in order to fit the hoses in.

Besides that everything is a breeze.

Sorry for the last pic. Will upload something better once the car is ready.

I will have to speak to my machine shop.

Hope to get it below $500 mark. Will get back with a price

You will need to purchase new sets of injectors.

R34 GTT injectors will suit this conversion.

looks the goods. so u need to use to[p feed injectrs for these? i heard the angle for the injectrs is wrong if u go this way ? thats wat i heard .. maybe wrong... otherwise im very interested.

cheers

Engine started and everything is goin on well..

Very nice sound from the throttle indeed.

I manage to speak to my machinist last saturday and the best he can do is $600. I will include 2 pieces of stainless steel gaskets, allen key bolts and shipping to anywhere in Australia.

I have a set of Sard fuel injectors as well for the conversion. Everything for $1,700.00 w/shipping.

i'm new with all this atm.. but what is the advantage of doin this ??

seems to be very pricey plus to purchase a 26 plenum

in the end you would be able to purchase a greddy item, or hypertuned plenum

coz i'm stuck atm... need a plenum to get this conversion goin :P

    • Sane enough. Remove the roof liner, because the acid will go everywhere.
    • Thanks guys, I really appreciate the help and experienced opinions.  I have spent a lot of my life working on boats so I'm pretty good with fibreglass. I'll take everybody's advice in here;  I'll cut a little more of the 2nd layer away as it's a bit crunchy rust and also it's sitting high now. Then I'll wire brush it all a bit to get off anything loose, then I'll soak the bejesus out of it all in rust converter. I'll make sure to get a little hose piece and feed it into all the holes and gaps between the roof layers. Then I'll fibreglass up the holes.  Then I'll get a pallet of filler and mix it with 3 buckets of hardener and hope that is enough to build up the roof corner.  Does that sound sane? Is one type of filler better than others for this?
    • My goals for it atm are to get it registered, respray and some mild power gains eventually... I picked up the car from an elderly gentleman near the border of NSW and VIC, its honestly a bit rough and looks like its been driven on a farm (because there was so much dirt underneath). Last week I dropped the subframe and emptied the old fuel out + added a new fuel pump (think the old one went bad from old fuel). Now I'm onto fixing a coolant leak at the rear of the engine + adding a new radiator as the old one is corroded. After that i have a new bumper, coils (as the old were leaking) and lots more
    • Welcome buddy! Plenty on here and YouTube. What are your plans for it? Good luck with the Rwc and Rego bud!
    • Love this so much! Please post a photo when you have a bike on the trailer.  I was a little bit worried about having a tow bar on the Skyline, but having it hidden behind the number plate is genius
