Oily Spark Plug

Hi Guys

Yesterday I have changed my spark plugs and I noticed one of the spark plug covered with oil. My car is 01 V5 250gt with 116000km. Does anybody experience this before and what should I do? Is it serious problem?

Usually rings are gone.
