Not sure, but if you find somewhere that has a few sets let me know.

I too am thinking in time of upgrading to the ARX Stockies, I like the style the 17" is just a tad too small.

One question for anyone who can answer, who would the ARX 18's go with the Nismo S-Tune suspension?? I'm sitting pretty damn low and don't know how clearance would be but with low profile tyres, it shouldn't be a concern?

Well My Nismo LMX5's are the same size as the ARX wheels I believe (18x7.5).

I have 235/40/18 tyres and there is a sh*t load of space (stock suspension).

My mate has the Nismo suspension with Work 18x8 wheels & 245/45/18 tyres which is a bit larger than the ARX rims.

Here is a couple of pictures of how his sits

I don't think you will have a problem.

ooh nice brakes :)

Regarding wheels I have just fitted a set of 19 x 8.5 rims to my Series 2 C34. Standard rims were 17 x 7. My car is lowered on Greddy Coilovers and I have no issues with rubbing, the overall wheel height is virtually identical e.g. I went from a 215 50 17 to a 235 35 19 so no issues there. I believe a 245 45 18 would also give you an equivalent overall height.

I think you will also find that all Stageas have more than enough room under the guards for 8 - 9 inch rim depending on offset. I am running a +20 offset as I wanted to bring the wheels out to sit close to the guards but anything in a +30 offset should work on your car I would have thought.

definitely go for 18 or 19 inch rims Stags are big cars with big guards and they need filling.

thats my 2c worth, hope that helps.

do any1 know where i can find stock ARX wheels for M35 ??

or does any M35 ARX owners wana part with their stockies??

I can get my hands on V35 Skyline 2 Door Premium wheels if you want them?

Your other option is to give Ben at Northside Presitge in Sydney a ring....I think he has a spare set.

    • Yeahhhh, the costs have killed me. Spent more than the cost of an engine rebuild and it most mostly servicing and a tune lol.
    • I'm not 100% how the BMW racers do it, but I know from other brands like Merc, moving, and changing the coolers is one of the things. Like getting a transcooler out from infront of the radiator to out near a wheel arch. So some of the stuff you've got crammed in the middle front, spread it out and open up where you can in the bar to get more air in to the sides.
    • Small update for the day... Turns out the intercooler and engine coolant hose kits are anything but complete....I probably should have counted better but it only really covers about half the coolant hoses in the car, it really just covers the visible stuff and pretends everything else doesn't exist (turbo water feed and returns and also heat exchanger lines through the 2 pumps and cooler) .In any case, I'm happier to have half reliable hoses than none, but a bit of a disappointment. Anyway...finger click (and 5 hours).....hoses in place, lots of spring clamps replaced with screw clamps, and engine coolant is on the pressure tester for the night.   Incidentally, upsized header tank is an Inifiniti factory option....not sure I'll ever do prod car racing in this but at least it is legal.
    • Just weld it onto the hot pipe. If you want it right after the turbo, put it right after the turbo. Or rip the comp cover off and drill and tap a hole into it.
