actually i think you where drying, at ridgehaven.

The random stagea owner would be me lol. Building a house and thought why the hell not, we could use the cash. I tried to convince my mum to put her car (r33) and herself in the pic with me but no luck. Last time i looked the photo wasn't on there.

Is it your Stagea that I often see down Henley Beach Rd?

    • No. Only for a standard ECU with/without Nistune. Standalone has no need for it. That's like the 3rd time I've said so.   And as to that sensor linked - yes, it does look like it would be the right one. I've never bothered to see how available they were - just assumed that they'd be hard to find. I think I'd be planning to go Link ECU rather than buy sensors I don't actually want to make Nistune work, if I did not already have Nistune. As you do not already have Nistune, you should realy consider your options.
    • If there's enough meat in the housing where you want to put the M12 adapter, then do it, but be aware that if/when you f**k that up you'll probably be repairing it before doing anything else. I'd just drill it out and tap ina 1/4" thread. No need for rocket surgery when the next most obvious thing will do. You could throw a 1/4 x 1/8 bush in there and use the same fitting you intended to use.
    • Is the only issue that the oil catch can is getting filled on hard runs? I'd be thinking more about oil control issues rather then the head lifting, especially as you aren't seeing spiking in the coolant pressure.  Do you need restrictors in the head, or better drains from the head? Does the sump need venting to the catch can?
