Has anybody got any interesting stuff for sale they could bring along? Could be a mini stagea swapmeet

Iain will be selling himself as usual, so just watch what you ask for :P

nah ive decided to take the long weekend off! so im closed for business lol

closed eh? quiet literally :P

I feel sorry for any cute babes that attend the event, I'm sure the open for business sign will be on the window of your wagon before you know it :D

I'll pack some official SAU Merchandise to bring along to the meet-up - I've got two styles of Polo shirts, a button-up crew shirt in two colours, caps, and a few other things too.

Oh yeah, I must print off some membership forms too...

Sweet! I'd like to pickup a grey polo and cap if they're available, thanks Nick!

What size polo do you need, Eugene? I've got a few here, and have more ordered for the sizes that have sold out.

I've got plenty of caps though!

OK, we'll have a few BBQs running on the arvo/night (one from Jetwreck, and another from CL11QE, but his needs gas), and I can buy some bread, if you're all prepared to bring along some sausages (or whatever) for the event. I'd rather not buy a bunch of meat and sausages as we have no real idea how many will turn up - that really depends on how many people each driver brings along with them, etc.

so its if its raining it will be a soggy sydney stagea sausage sizzle

OK, does anyone, by chance, have a small portable BBQ that they can bring along?

I'll pack my portable bbq, hot plate & snags. Its only a small 2 burner but should aid in the cooking department. I can also bring along another gas bottle. Not sure I'll be there by 3 tho. Will also bring a tressle table if needed.

I probably won't bring any food but will have 20 copies of FAST 2009 JDM so anyone who gets a copy has to throw me a bread crumb :P

Hopefully the weather tomorrow will be as pleasant as it is today, the car still needs a good wash and vaccum, early night tonight so I can get to work early in the morning lol

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
