mattysaidso
yo just wondering if there is any diference in bumper fitment between r33 2 door and 4 door? is so is it much? reason i ask is cause i am chasing a rear bumper with a bit lower profile. but dont realy want to go for a full aftermarket kit... even a lower lip would work fine, but where the fark would i find one???? seems there are a few options for slightly lower rear bumpers in the 2 door range. pic attached. u will see what i mean. peace matty Edited April 22, 2009 by mattysaidso Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/266535-r33-4-door-vs-r33-2-door-rear-bumper-same-diferent/ Share on other sites
toffy
the bar is the same but the body is slightly longer (under an inch) from the bar edge to the wheel arch (did that make sense? ) p.s i want your side skirts Edited April 22, 2009 by toffy Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/266535-r33-4-door-vs-r33-2-door-rear-bumper-same-diferent/#findComment-4550407 Share on other sites
Habler
What toffy said sums it up, about both things... http://www.autoworx.com.au sell rear 4 door pods that would set off the factory aero look if you wanted keep that "not over the top" look about it that you have going with the factory side skirts. I have not seen any lower lip extensions or rear bars that do not really need bigger skirts and front bar (as in only slightly bigger than stock) anywhere. They also do Final Konnexion kits which arn't crazy bargo large - http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Fi...33-t215946.html I have a very similar (if not the same) secondhand rear bar sitting in my backyard if anyone is interested in it. *just noticed autoworx are updating there website and don't currently have the styling stuff listed... Probably easiest to give them a call. mattysaidso
thanx for the info. my next option was a FK kit if i cudnt find anything to lower the lines of my rear bar as it realy shits me. but after lookin at those FK pics again just the rear bar may be an option. and if it looks shit jus buy the rest of the kit... Habler
Thanks! They are a pretty nice, subtle looking skirt. Similar if not the same design as Mattysaidso's.
