CRAZD_GTR Posted June 8, 2009 Share Posted June 8, 2009 hey guys have a r33 gtr with stock afms on it just had the car back from the mechanic wat we thought was the coilpacks or spark plugs were f**ked ended up being 1 of the afms one is doing wat it is ment 2 do while the other is doing its on little thing there for once on boost it goes into limp mod. No point replacing one and then having the other die/play up 6 months later. paulr33 Posted June 8, 2009 Share Posted June 8, 2009 yeah not sure what you mean, you could try contact cleaner to clean the sensor if its covered with gunk but if the actual sensor is shagged, then its dead, no point try to fix it 2nd hand GTR afm's shouldnt be that much, new ones on the other hand...
