GT30 Turbo:

Don't know too much about this turbo, it's a GT30 Ball bearing series with a .60 A/R and this one seems to have quite a large rear housing, 1.06 probably... There's an R33 in Melbourne (Owned by AVS Turbos) making 350rwkw with a GT35 from this series so they're pretty good gear :) .

Has NO shaft play at all, can take a video of me fiddling with it as proof if you can't inspect it. Spins freely, external gate, twin scroll rear housing, oil cooled, will make over 300kws on the right set up. No damage, top notch condition.

$800

Drivers side R33 Headlight:

In good nick, is missing one tab that certain aftermarket grills attach to so I can't use it. If you have a front bar with the grill incorporated then this light is fine for you.

$200

R33 GTS-t standard rotors:

These came off my car when I upgraded to slotted rotors, cluttering up the house right now... No warping, good nick and plenty of meat left... Pictured is the front left.

$25 each (only have 2 left)

3x RB20/25 Standard Exhaust manifolds:

Everyone knows what these look like, completely standard etc...

$30

NEW ADDITION!

4x 550CC Denso injectors - $400

Second hand, barely used, good condition. Have been cleaned and flow tested, are all good, still sealed in plastic. Planned on buying 2 more from Just Jap but am now going 850cc. Pics later.

VG30 Turbo:

Got this as a spare incase my turbo ever blew up, and the little bugger has survived on a bar for way too long... Will bolt right up to RB20/25, is a decent upgrade for an RB20 and a slight upgrade for an RB25 (220kws or so). It's got a larger rear housing allowing for more boost. Has a tiny amount shaft play in and out, a mm or less, I cant see it move with my eye but I can feel it.

$400

Blitz Bov:

It's Blitz, it's a bov... does bov things... You will need an adaptor plate to run it on an RB.

$80

I was going to post these up the other forum, but I spose these are car accesories too...

Dual 12 inch sub box:

Had this for ages, used every now and then, in good shape, positive and negative built in screw terminals in the sides. Fully sick SFX badge which is really a Jaguar XJ-S badge upside down :D

$150 pick up only

img00522200906181913751.th.jpgimg00523200906181913753.th.jpg

12 inch Blaupunkt 500wrms sub:

This is a really good sub, I bought it just to test it against the Alpine Type R sub and found that it out performs it yet costs less... Very good sub, quite surprising! Other then the testing, it's pretty much unused.

$300

Thats cool mate lol. If its from the VG30DET(single turbo) from a cima or cedric, then it is the op6 rear housing. It should be stamped on the turbine housing. Standard bolt up to an rb25 with larger turbo housing. The turbos from the VG30DETT 300zxtt are 2 lil ones! Thats why i was checking it wasnt the lil ones lol.

Hey mate what condition are the rotors in?, as in will they need a machine or not? also would you happen to know what the thickness is?

Can you let me know as soon as possible as i need the front pair urgently (will pick them up 2day or tomorrow if possible), as my ones need replacing. :)

Cheers.

has he bought the BOV off u if not ill take it.

it does say pending payment

yeah sorry mate, it's gone, payment went through this morning

Rotors are in pretty good nick, they weren't heavily used or anything, the only reason I swapped them was cause I got slotted rotors for a good price... No warping that I can see, still plenty of meat on them :D If I didn't buy those new rotors, I would still be using these.

Don't know the exact thickness, but I can get a ruler on them when I get home for you if you like?

    • The rain is the best time to push to the edge of the grip limit. Water lubrication reduces the consumption of rubber without reducing the fun. I take pleasure in driving around the outside of numpties in Audis, WRXs, BRZs, etc, because they get all worried in the wet. They warm up faster than the engine oil does.
    • When they're dead cold, and in the wet, they're not very fun. RE003 are alright, they do harden very quickly and turn into literally $50 Pace tyres.
    • Yeah, I thought that Reedy's video was quite good because he compared old and new (as in, well used and quite new) AD09s, with what is generally considered to be the fast Yokohama in this category (ie, sporty road/track tyres) and a tyre that people might be able to use to extend the comparo out into the space of more expensive European tyres, being the Cup 2. No-one would ever agree that the Cup 2 is a poor tyre - many would suggest that it is close to the very top of the category. And, for them all to come out so close to each other, and for the cheaper tyre in the test to do so well against the others, in some cases being even faster, shows that (good, non-linglong) tyres are reaching a plateau in terms of how good they can get, and they're all sitting on that same plateau. Anyway, on the AD08R, AD09, RS4 that I've had on the car in recent years, I've never had a problem in the cold and wet. SA gets down to 0-10°C in winter. Not so often, but it was only 4°C when I got in the car this morning. Once the tyres are warm (ie, after about 2km), you can start to lay into them. I've never aquaplaned or suffered serious off-corner understeer or anything like that in the wet, that I would not have expected to happen with a more normal tyre. I had some RE003s, and they were shit in the dry, shit in the wet, shit everywhere. I would rate the RS4 and AD0x as being more trustworthy in the wet, once the rubber is warm. Bridgestone should be ashamed of the RE003.
    • This is why I gave the disclaimer about how I drive in the wet which I feel is pretty important. I have heard people think RS4's are horrible in the rain, but I have this feeling they must be driving (or attempting to drive) anywhere close to the grip limit. I legitimately drive at the speed limit/below speed the limit 100% of the time in the rain. More than happy to just commute along at 50kmh behind a train of cars in 5th gear etc. I do agree with you with regards to the temp and the 'quality' of the tyre Dose. Most UHP tyres aren't even up to temperature on the road anyway, even when going mad initial D canyon carving. It would be interesting to see a not-up-to-temp UHP tyre compared against a mere... normal...HP tyre at these temperatures. I don't think you're (or me in this case) is actually picking up grip with an RS4/AD09 on the road relative to something like a RE003 because the RS4/AD09 is not up to temp and the RE003 is closer to it's optimal operating window.
    • Either the bearing has been installed backwards OR the gearbox input shaft bearing is loosey goosey.   When in doubt, just put in a Samsonas in.
