How Do I Remove This Without Damaging It

I want to pull out my heads up display thingy on my dash. Im over it and want to put the standard clock back in there. Does anyone know how to remove this. I know theres a plug but im not sure where to find it, wether you have to go up under the dash to unplug it. Also does the standard clock plug straight in the the same loom plug or does it have a separate one?

i recon a base ball bat will get it off quite well

the clock just clips in so id say that does too . no way it bolts to anything you couldnt get into back off it . does it come in half eg pull the top off and there is screws or clips into the dash ?

got it off with a little perserverence was a pain in the arse. yeah it clips in like the clock.
