How much power can the auto box handle?

Hey guys

I've got a R33 thats auto and i wanna know how much power i can run through this? I did a search and some people said it only holds upto about 180rwkw? I plan on doing a few mods to my car and have a goal of 200rwkw.

I dont have alot of money to convert to manual (i know its somewhere around 3k) plus i like the auto for cruising.

Is there anything i can do to strengthen the box if necessary? Will just putting synthetic trans oil in and servicing it be enough? What about a trans cooler? how much are they?

I don't want to comprimise any reliablity of my car. I like having peace of mind that everything will work properly and i've learnt the hard way that prevention is better then cure
