Is anyone doing this race this year?

It's a GREAT weekend for grassroots motorsport and generally has some famous drivers turn up if that's what gets you going.

Last year saw a current 2010 leading BRUTE driver in a former series winning Ute (which now has over 500HP) a Fujitsu V8 Supertaxi driver and a former level 1 V8 Supercar driver out driving for the fun of it as well as a girl in her road registered Peugeot in her first race!

If your car has a roll cage and extinguisher there is a fair chance you can enter providing you contact the track and get further instructions.

I was due to drive an MR2 Turbo but the owner has had to withdraw the car so I will pit crew for someone else.

IF YOU WANT SOME CHEAP TYRES there are some Pirellis slicks and soon some NEW Pirelli wets about to go on that famous internet auction site.

They will close just before the Wakefield 300 weekend. If you want them I can EVEN take them to the track!

So come on get that car finished and bring it along.
