Trying To Put My Shafts Back Together

I recently bought an R32 GTS4 without the gearbox installed.

I chucked the box back in but found the drive shaft had been taken apart at the bearing nearest to the box.

I'm not quite sure how the bearing is supposed to go back together. I tried putting the ball bearings into the sides of the slots and pushing the cap back on hoping that the balls would click into place but it didnt seem to work.

Any one who knows of diagrams or can help would be great

Also wondering what oil goes in my transfer case? Auto fluid?

Replace the bearing? How come you're trying to reset a split bearing? That's a recipe for disaster :S

Well I'm still not 100% what bearing/part you're talking about because I'm not familiar with the shaft setup of the GTS-4 but I saw the words "bearing" and "back together" in the same sentence...I'd replace it if you can, reusing bearings that have been pulled apart upsets their integrity bigtime.

ok well the guy i bought off said he'll put em back together for me if this fails then ill but another one
