Hey guys,

Up for sale is my 1994 manual JZA80 SZ Supra with approximately 148xxxkm on the clock.

Modifications include:

Exterior:

Veilside front bar and skirts

Custom pearl yellow paint

White Advan TCIIs, 10.5" rear and 9.5" front. (these are actually worth quite a bit!)

Interior:

Aftermarket JVC speakers

JVC headunit and fold out 7" DVD screen.

Performance:

HPC DKNE extractors

Full custom 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust with high flow cat

Varex muffler

Apexi Panel filter

All of the above performance modifications are less than 3 months old, the exhaust is one of the best sounding exhausts I've ever heard, possibly THE best on a Japanese import. I'm not biased, or exageratting. The DKNE extractors make the 2JZ-GE sound amazing. It also makes the car one of the quickest cars a P plater can drive.

The car itself is mechanically top notch. I had some gearbox issues recently, but the entire gearbox has been compeletely replaced along with a new clutch and the car now drives perfectly. The engine is healthy as a horse with no leaks whatsoever. Car has been serviced every 5,000km since I've owned it with receipts to prove it. I also had the timing belt redone when I purchased it.

The bad part is the body. The previous owner was not so careful and it has minor dents and scratches in various places, nothing major. The front bar will need to be replaced. I have a stock bar and all the equipment needed (matching paint, spray gun, paint thinner, primer, etc) to re-spray the bar. I will give this free to the next owner, it is their choice whether or not to spray the stock bar or replace it with another aftermarket one.

This is the same reason I am selling the car. I bought the car as a bit of project, I planned on re-spraying the entire car myself, but I really don't have the time, nor the desire to do it anymore.

I'm asking $13,000 at the moment. Although I do have the exhaust for sale on the Supra forums, and will likely sell the wheels too. Obviously the car will drop in price as these parts are removed.

I'm located on the Mornington Peninsula, and can be contacted on 0422 860 787 or PMed here. Best to call me during week nights.

Thanks,

Kieran.

I would consider swaps for a very clean R34 Coupe 25GT manual (with cash your way), or maybe a tidy S14.

I'm hoping to import my next car (the R34) though so swaps are unlikely. Throw me offers though, I like looking at other people's cars.

ohhhk yeh fair enough well i got a R33 GTS-T that Im trying to get rid of if ur interested let me know... but good luck witth he sale either way

cheers

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
