mr m00se
Hey guys ive been removing all the sound deadening from my 32 shell and theres a few glued in bungs in the floor pan. I presume they were put there to aid in manufacture. Can anyone see a drama with me welding them up as opposed to reglueing them For reference i'll be using a Mig , 40-80 amps, Co2 gas with some .8 ER70s-6 wire Thanks Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/304003-welding-chassi-bungs/ Share on other sites
Beer Baron
can't see any problem with that. might be worth leaving a few holes at low points in the floor pan though for drainage if needed and just fill them with rubber bungs in the meantime.
