R31Nismoid
Any Antenna will be fine really. It needs to be setup correctly, that is your issue. You'll need to get a professional out to install/setup. W0rp3D
i have digital hd and im running off an internal aerial, if the picture quality is good with the one you have then there is no need to change it, no matter how much ppl tell you that you need a digital antenna, there full of shit. My reception was not the best on a couple of channels so i got a signal booster from jaycar, cost $30-40 and was a lot easier and cheaper than having an outside antenna installed. some_cs_student
Sometimes you will need to replace your old analog antenna with a better one for digital, we have 2 antennas, and had to replace 1 to get reception working properly. The connectors used are important too. But you can still get away with an internal antenna, I had rabbit ears ($15) working, they just looked a bit ridiculous been masking taped next to the window (the only place it could get good reception) and they were hard to tune. blind_elk
I used the same aerial that was in the house when I moved in 15 years ago, and it worked fine on the HDTV. Only change I made was to replace the old-school ribbon cable with a good quality coax cable. As luck would have it, I have a "spare" aerial if you (or anyone) is interested.
