Rs4 S1 Trans Selector Cable Please Help

Can anyone help me out with finding a selector cable for a 1997 RS4 S1 Stag????

mine has snapped and the mechanic its at has no idea where to get one or how much its going to cost.

Even if you have a wreck or anything i need one ASAP as i really dont like the mechanics idea of getting one made, it sounds like itll be an unnessesary cost.

Does anyone know if any other car has the same selctor cable eg: GTR if so can you let me know what year or series please.....

I've got one. I'll photograph it in the morning and post it up so that you can check its what you want. If you don't get a closer option I can post it to you for around $20 - $25 - I'll have to check.

the auto selector cable from a gtr would need to be welded with a figment welder
