Need to help fund my recent contribution to the GTR money pit and make some room in the garage!

All items in Melbourne, happy to post at buyers expense for the lighter items, prefer pickup for the heavier items, or might be able to meet people somewhere closer in.

Apex AVCR silver model

Full kit includes dash unit, solenoid, map sensor, wiring looms and stand (never used) if you want to mount on your dash

Wires in to your ECU to for RPM, injector duty, boost, vehicle speed and solenoid duty

Has some light scratches on the control unit

I have PDF's of all the installation guides in english so will include on a CD

$360

Standard R32 GTR ECU (9/89)

Excellent nic - working when Racepace pulled it off or PFC, only thing EPA broke one of the screws when RP were using it to clear defects on another car

$100

2 x Standard R32 GTR turbos (9/89) - see pics

Working perfectly when Racepace pulled them off to put on the GT-SS's

Perfect cheap option if you blew yours, or want frames to have rebuilt with steel wheels / highflowed

Include actuators

$150 each

1 x Standard R33 GTR turbo - see pics shiny clean one

Working perfectly when pulled off R33

Includes actuator

I have another of these I just can't find it...

$200

Standard R32 GTR dumps with heat sheilds - see pics

Good nic, not much can go wrong with these

$100 pair

Standard R32 GTR boost solenoid

$50

Standard R32 GTR cam gears

Good nic, once again working perfectly when RP pulled them off for adjustables

$100 pair

Garret exhaust housing - not sure what its off but has a standard T25 flange without the weird entry, and is the GTR size exhaust wheel, .49AR, just needs to be re-profiled

and you could adapt standard GTR turbos to smaller capacity engines around 1.5 litres - perfect for an ET pulsar if any still exist!!

$50

Standard R32 GTR steering wheel

Good nic

$100

Standard R32 GTR front (4 piston) and rear (2 piston) sumitomo calipers

including cross drilled, vented rotors, standard lines and used bendix ultimates, working well before pulled off for upgrade

$500

Standard R32 GTR suspension

$100

I'm looking for an R32 GTR ashtray if anyone has one.

Also have R32 GTR wheels for sale in another thread.

hey mate ill give u 150 for the r33 turbo?cheers

I noticed you have a 32 GTS-t? - what car are you wanting to put it on, as it's a GTR turbo (i.e. 1 of 2 on an Rb26) will be too small for an Rb20, not to mention it won't bolt on

    • Wife wanted basket things in the wardrobe in our temporary house. Thought about ripping our the wardrobe and fitting the entire IKEA set, but it's a temporary house and we want to move in a few years. So IKEA advertises this as a 50cm unit, however the actually basket and rails measure 46cm wide. Only issue was depth, IKEA stuff is quite deep, where as the builder special junk is super shallow at less than 40cm. Send it, chopped the rails, then offset the mounting holes, job done, happy wife, less shit scattered all over the bedroom. Did the same to the other side too. Also drove the Skyline shit box today, dropped off oil at Supercheap Auto. I didn't realise they only now take max 2x bottles per visit. I visited 2x Supercheap Autos.
    • I've seen similar actually in my situation. You never know what tables are attempted to be used when the car thinks it's -99C or +200C. The fail state is not usually that extreme but you know what I mean - it was in my case though! This is where being able to read all the sensors is useful cause you see this stuff really quickly.
    • The above is very important. However as long as you keep timing relatively low, it's plausible to make your own knock ears and plausible to learn to tune with a modern ECU that can do wideband O2 correction like a boost controller. I mean if you only have one viable road to even drive the car on, learning to tinker to this level may be worth doing given you can't do much else with the car...?
    • I find the fact that the rear plate has to be bent inwards at the rear not so bad: but the front is just awful: It's like come on. (these are my very old, now retired/turned in plates) TBH it is a lot of money to fix a minor issue, the fact I said "I'll never really spend the money on doing this" is why people ended up buying them as a gift for a 'car guy' who can be hard to shop for.. for car guy things.
    • I just bent the ends of my premo plates. It even went through Regency like that after the engine conversion and the inspector (a great bloke!) just squinted his eyes and said "I didn't see that". Plates, and how they look, are just something that have zero importance to me.
