Hey,

Ive noticed a ticking sound coming from my rear passenger wheel when driving. I can hear it clearly at 80-90km/h when there is another car driving next to me.

I remember during a drift training day, when i was learning hand-brake turns, I did leave the hand-brake partially engaged (half way down) and did hear loud ticking noise when i would be exiting the corner. Since leaving the event I have had this ticking sound coming from the rears when driving.

Would anyone know if a ticking sound could be related to the handbrake? Obviously im not driving with the handbrake on when at 80-90km/h but the ticking sounds very similar...

Any ideas??

Cheers

bearing? jack the car up and see if the wheel moves side to side?

i replaced a bearing last weekend, as the ticking noise was shitting me.

on the 33 there are a couple of pins that hold the brake shoes to the hub, i have had one of those snap before. that made it tick.
