hey guyz,

I have Tein super street coilovers and im running halfway between soft and hard on the front coilovers, Now wat i want to know is what damper adjustment should i put for the rear coilovers, whether in the middle or a hard setup.. This is basically for drifting and circuit racing..

Does drifting and circuit racing need different damper adjustments.. Im not a pro in understanding coilovers.. but would just like to know what to do to my rear coilovers..

Cheers!!

In my view, a good handling car is a good handling car. If its not understeering or oversteering then just leave it alone. If you find for whatever reason you are losing grip at one end of the car before the other, then soften up the end that is most appropriate.

If you are in the middle settings i would alwas go softer trying to get the balance. So if you have understeer then soften the front. If you have oversteer then soften the rear until the balace feels better. Hard is not faster, especially if you are running average grip road tyres on the track
