Max = mine is 2 buttons blue series and yes I know I have to upgrade the module as I've upgraded mine from 1 button to 2 buttons one

hey erik i have a 2 button remote, but i dont know what other types there are...

how can i tell what type i have?

i have 2 buttons and 1 beep is lock and 2 beeps is unlock if that helps...

Fane, i have the same setup and on my owners manual it has 172 Ri Remote Alarm/Imobiliser on the cover and thats the only indication of the type of alarm i can find

Fane, does it have blue light when you armed the car? if it is , it's the blue series, I can't remember the name it, but if it is, you have the same alarm as mine.

Heya Pane, The difference are the blue light and it comes with microwave sensor, although red series can fit in microwave sensor as an option.

I will be reselling these rojone ezitrack alarms in perth in the next month or so, Will be around $900 + install, with all the little gadgets, and will work with existing alarm.

Might be able to go even cheaper in a bulk buy...

Well worth doing for those fella's who dont have full comp insurance. Im gonna get 1 installed in my car for demo purposes in the next few weeks.

goto www.rojone.com.au they have a mobile phone tracking system! It even gives you map coordinates/suburb where the car is, and how fast it's travelling over a mobile! ot cheap tho' (around 2k)

You can hookup auto-start on a manual, I did it with mine! The second button on the remote activates a relay that can start the car, once the car is started, the turbo timer takes over and runs for a few mins... then shuts off obviously...

This is the same relay that can open a boot release if you have one (I Don't) I didn't see the point in having it anymore so I disconnected it

Don't see why you can't do the same thing with the windows with a small timer circuit that holds the window-up buttons on for around 10sec ? Nothing's impossible.
