Brandon
I'm looking at doing one and just checking if anyone's done it before. What sort of things would you be expecting and is it worth it? All recommendation and suggestion is welcomed. Thanks Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/319789-advance-driving-course-mt-cotton/ Share on other sites
Col-GTSX
Ive done the advanced riding course there but found it a little stupid... I mean their course for motorbikes was pretty lame, I was expecting more... Driver training would probablly be different and im sre you could always learn something new... Dan_B
not at all. I done one there and i found it to be useless, basically if you can drive on the road without crashing then save your money Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/319789-advance-driving-course-mt-cotton/#findComment-5223385 Share on other sites
Col-GTSX
lol thats how I found the bike course but thought the car version might have been different... i would not call it useless, but more just common sence training... take your money to the skidpan up at gympie next time sauqld heads up there and you will get a better education... Thanks for these. Really what I need to know. I guess I'll just go for the skidpan next time when they have it. Just thought of asking since I saw a lot of good reviews from the boys in Sydney about their advanced driving courses. Cheers. 60dzl
Do they have anything like a 'performance driving' course? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/319789-advance-driving-course-mt-cotton/#findComment-5225343 Share on other sites
Brandon
No idea man... I just thought of asking the question because I've been reading so many good things on such courses down south Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/319789-advance-driving-course-mt-cotton/#findComment-5234922 Share on other sites
MSTRshenanigans
I've done that course years ago for free through AAMI when I was 17. Just shows braking distances and techniques. Not really useful if you have driven for a couple of years unless you're a bad driver...
