Blitz Access Ecu For S13 Silvia

Hey everyone,

Well I've just been admiring my engine bay, and I came across a label that said my car is powered by a "Blitz Access ECU".

Just wondering what this ECU does? I've been searching on the internet and all I can find is that it removes the speed limiter. Also one website said the blitz access ECU increases 20horsepower to the car?

Its a retuned factory ECU, usually just removes the speed cut and adds a couple of degrees on timing
