carpet two peices of wood running out to the box hinged off the wall of the boot ....and have some sort of quick release latch on the other end of the wood latching on the sides of the box so you can get the box out quick.......and now when released from the sides of the box they will swing from the hinges upwards allowing you to gain access to the spare and when put back in just clip them back onto the sides of the box hinged like a ferris wheels box cart on the box cause ur mags will be bigger than ur space saver and will sit higer in the boot... :bahaha: :bahaha: :bahaha:

i did mine over christmas...4 days all up (boot took 3 days did the rears and fronts in a day)...most of it was waiting for glues to dry. still not finished tho. its pretty basic because i needed as much boot space as posible and access to spare, so it does the job nicely and cost was bugger all

nice, not exactly a big fan of the sheet metal, but very simple and efficient.

Is it possible to see a pic of the entire boot tho from the top instead of all side shots n closeups? (unless I missed a pic sumwhere)

have u dont any show quality custom installs on a r33 yet?

No but I will be doing something nice for the late MAS in my car, no time or money to do it for the april one. :boinkcar:

In the middle of a custom install in an Integra at the mo, but it's no skyline!

    • haha don't worry I'm sue you've got more fun ahead buying a 30 year old turbo car....but at least you are in the right place to ask
    • some days eh? The keyless entry and interior light on/off with the key will be controlled by the Body Control Module, but I'm not certain where that is or what it looks like (you might get lucky with a search to get a part#, which could be printed on it). I'd start at the A pillar/ Under dash/kick panel on the driver's side
    • It might be hit and miss, but Nissan Genuine Parts and Pitworks are not the same thing, although both are available from Nissan Dealers with Nissan Part Numbers. Nissan Genuine Parts are the OEM stuff, Pitworks are their attempt to get people back from generic parts makers
    • I did end up getting it sorted, as GTSBoy said, there was a corroded connection and wire that needed to be replaced. I ended up taking out the light assembly, giving everything a good clean and re-soldered the old joints, and it came out good.
    • Wow, thanks for your help guys 🙏. I really appreciate it. Thanks @Rezz, if i fail finding any new or used, full or partial set of original Stage carpets i will come back to you for sure 😉 Explenation is right there, i just missed it 🤦‍♂️. Thanks for pointing out. @soviet_merlin in the meantime, I received a reply from nengun, and i quote: "Thanks for your message and interest in Nengun. KG4900 is for the full set of floor mats, while KG4911 is only the Driver's Floor Mat. FR, RH means Front Right Hand Side. All the Full Set options are now discontinued. However, the Driver's Floor Mat options are still available according to the latest information available to us. We do not know what the differences would be, but if you only want the one mat, we can certainly see what we can find out for you". Interesting. It seems they still have some "new old stock" that Duncan mentioned 🤔. I wonder if they can provide any photos......And i also just realized that amayama have G4900 sets. I'm tempted too.
