i've got access to a program that can give you the date of production, batch number, original colour, carpet trim code etc if I gave it a VIN (not the aussie compliance issued one the original Nissan one). If you guys want PM me your number n I'll chuck it in n see what comes up.

yeah I've been on a brochure scanning spree, and working on a joint project with jspec to make it easy to identify your car...

also trying to reverse engineer that software that I mentioned above so I can integrate it into the website.

well its not mine to be givin away (nor do I have it at home) I only have access to it at the J-Spec office :) tryin to figger out a way to make it available to the public tho

That's a mad program that, It even recognises the autech 33 GTR sedan, not to mention you can enter in accident information and it will spit out a list of part numbers required to repair!

Hey inark, you work at crown right? with the schmick GTR?

Me too, i've got the 32 that looks to be NA. I think its one of those limited editions though, its got the gold badges GTR wheel, its got the same key though as other GTS's. I'm not sure if it is or not but a few of those features it has. I changed the engine by the way and the zorst. Shooting for 200rkw soon.

hehe its a GTSt narkeh's got, not a GTR, he just has GTR front fenders...

you've been parkin at crown more often now hey nark, coz I usually park mine a level below yours when I work in the city.

sweet! yeah like shan said its a GTST with the alloy guards and bar not an R... :) yeah urs is a limited edition, not the anniversary edition tho the better one that came with the bonnet and grille and stuff yeah? i used to see it heaps :D

200rw rofl that'll move nicely! :)

shan - yeah park there all the time now... u'll see erics 33 on mez B everyday in the same area to the left of the booth :D

Is the 33 the silver one that parks out the back of the car park all the time. We should make our own little crown skyline club, seeing as there are so many of us! ;)

So yours is a GTSt ay mark, here i was scared to drag you coz of the twins i thought you had under your bonnet, well that changes everything. we should have a few runs along that road after work! :D

    • Mixing things up - installed some leather recaros to match the leather seat covered rear seats. Interior looks pretty schmick now except for some slight wear on the steering wheel which I will monitor and address if it becomes worse or actually noticeable!

    • I'm normally copping my own abuse from neglecting my daily drivers. "Those suspension bushes will last a bit more", "Don't worry about the oil leak, just keep topping it up". The project cars I'm always doing things slowly on them as I'm wanting them to be done better, and neater, and nicer. Luckily I don't have to deal with 18 year old Matt's "Learning to wire" stuff in the project cars. And there's only one piece of wiring I'm displeased about in the Landcruiser, and it's about to be cut out... However, the box loads of parts that have been going through this place lately for the Landcruiser... Brake pads Brake Rotors Full handbrake overhaul Wheel Bearings Seals Swivel hubs Steering Boxes Half the suspension joints Shocks Air bags (Ones to go in the rear springs for towing) Water pump Timing kit Lower timing case Harmonic Balancer Radiator Lots of other little seals and shits Gas struts for the bonnet New power window switches And god knows what else I've forgotten... Ha ha ha I have my fingers crossed the pinion seals don't start leaking on the diffs, that the transfer case doesn't leak, and the gearbox input shaft doesn't leak, nor the rear main seal. As they're about the only seals I haven't replaced in the driveline! I'm seriously eyeing off buying new caliper rebuild kits front and rear brake calipers... I'll probably recheck all the valve clearances soon too, and hopefully, it should be all good and sweet to haul some long distance trips again!
    • Every time I pull my 3x gauges out of the console and see the crack-addict way that I did the wiring, and I just can't bring myself to tear it all apart and "make it nice", because it is currently working. In fact, the last time I was in there I probably made it worse.
