gL3nJaMiN88
Hey guys hit up Sydney Dragway last night in my R33 GTS25t and ran a few times but my best seemed to be around the 12.7 mark and did that afew times down . Thing i wanted to know is that i did a 12.76 @ 89mph with 276RWKW . Is that a normal time for a r33 that i recently weighed at 1480kg Tare weight , and why is my MPH so slow for a 12 second pass?? shouldnt i be up around 100mph+ Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/ Share on other sites
bubba
I'm not a guru but that does seem like a pretty low mph.. I ran a 13.9 @ 103mph in my 32 (183rwkw, street trim, no traction in 1st or 2nd) Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427447 Share on other sites

R31Nismoid
Should be at least 115mph at least. I was 12.9 @ 109 with 210-220rwkw. What was your 60ft? syfon
When my brother ran his 300rwkw R33 down the Quit Motorplex, he ran a 12.6sec pass @ 218km/h......no traction 1st/2nd/3rd Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427474 Share on other sites
gL3nJaMiN88
60' = 2.158 330 = 5.637 1/8 = 8.411 MPH = 89.86 k/mh = 144.62 1000 = 10.744 1/4 = 12.762 MPH = 113.94 KMH = 183.37 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427481 Share on other sites
R31Nismoid
So you've read your timeslip wrong - its 113mph You don't have 280rwkw, that's for sure - MPH bit low. Your 60ft time isn't too bad for street tyres either. If you could get it closer to 1.9 or so... your ET would be around 12.4! gL3nJaMiN88
Yeh i dont have 280rwkw i acually have 276rwkw and the video i have show's 12.76 @ 89MPH on the screen so yeh i dunno. thought it was abit low to be right lol so if i get better traction i could run lower time Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427511 Share on other sites
R31Nismoid
lol dude, 4rwkw isn't going to give you the MPH you are missing for that power. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427517 Share on other sites

gL3nJaMiN88
MPH doesnt mean shit for what power i have , i dont even know what ur going out about your the one who pulled the 280kw figure out of know where . and it's been tuned at JEM for 276.7rwkw and my last dyno day at another dyno saw 272rwkw and i have papers to prove it Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427526 Share on other sites
R31Nismoid
You asked what your MPH should be, we told you. It shows your power is down... and now you wanna argue? lol... whatever you reckon. Hold onto that piece of paper tight. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427548 Share on other sites
Lithium
Dynos read different. I was running around that mph with around that power, which I have made several times on different dynos. I don't know what JEM use, but 270ish kw in a full weight R33 definitely stacks up to around 113mph on a Dynapack. R31Nismoid
Well we all know that I'd agree on the dynapack etc Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427602 Share on other sites
Shane_954
Shouldnt it be around 117+ for that power? Bit low...... I ran 12.0 @ 117.6 with a stock internal rb30, GT35 etc, manual and on shit street tyres in an R31. Last dyno was 253kw. WARLORD
MPH doesnt mean shit for what power i have , i dont even know what ur going out about your the one who pulled the 280kw figure out of know where . and it's been tuned at JEM for 276.7rwkw and my last dyno day at another dyno saw 272rwkw and i have papers to prove it sorry but mph means more than you thing. MPH is a function of horsepower. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427693 Share on other sites
benm
HP vs MPH mean shit when traction is factored in. Losing traction shortens the distance available to use the HP which obviously means the MPH will be lower. Shane_954
I was consistently doing 117 with varying traction 1 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/335301-276rwkw-r33-1276-89mph/#findComment-5427703 Share on other sites
