Hi guys,

Is it worth to keep a skyline 93 Auto GTST?The 93 Auto skyline i just bought need to replace brake n suspension which cost me like first time major service ($XXXX) Fee. Please give me some opinion whether it is high maintainance car or not. I mean i just treat it like a normal car use. But just becoz it is 93 model, a bit worry how much it will cost me the next few years.THX Guys.

It will cost less than your English lessons... Every car breaks down, the problem you will have is that you will not be able to sell it broken, and even repaired the money you can sell it for will not get back the money you spend fixing it, and what you paid. Did you have the car inspected before you bought it? The GTST should not be any worse than most cars of that age, so even if you do sell it and get something else you will have the same problems. I would repair it and just keep some money aside for ongoing maintenance

Your skyline is like any other car on the road mate, just fix it ! Brake and suspension is not something major.

every car have to get that fix during it's lifetime.

you cant buy a 17 year old car and not have any problems with it. cars are dirty money pits. and everyone knows dirty money pits get the bitches.

dude you had a thread about this the other day. why are you asking the exact same question again?

Because maybe if he keeps asking the same question he'll get a different answer...

The best thing to do is just ignore the problems and they'll go away by themselves. Cars fix themselves ALL THE TIME... Frankly I'm surprised yours has taken this long, that's just lazy. Maybe if you yell at it?

Good luck.
