The third generation of a sedan debuts in the near future, and sales will begin on the majority of the world markets already in the beginning of the next spring.

Third generation Infiniti M will appear for the first time before public as already it was informed earlier, at exhibition Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance which will take place in California this year already in 59 times. The presentation place is chosen not casually: the high society of automobile community here gathers, and on a novelty, than the serious problem is assigned to predecessors more: definitively to affirm as a conservative segment as one of the main players.

First generation Infiniti M was based on model for home market of Japan — Nissan Gloria. The second — on the basis of Nissan Fuga. Nissan Motor informs, as this time Infiniti M it will be identical Nissan Fuga the new generation which debut will take place in Japan in the autumn, and sales will begin in the beginning of 2010. But, if Fuga officially remains in Japan, Infiniti M will be on sale in 32 countries in several basic versions.

The complete set with the 3,7-litre engine of series VQ becomes base, and the top version will receive 5,6-litre V8 power of 400HP the Eight-cylinder engine the European buyers will not see — in Europe will put the newest 4,0-litre diesel engine. As well as for model of the previous generation, the engine of smaller volume will be combined with a back or full drive, and V8 — only with back.

Infiniti M leaves in sale as model 2011 on the majority of the world markets. The manufacturer promises, that the novelty becomes one of the most equipped cars in the class both in respect of installed power per employee, and concerning the newest electronics.

As to design here the manufacturer holds a word, and many key lines of shape Infiniti M are really borrowed the conceptual working out Essence, recognised from the most strict independent critics

^^^ yeah that is the V37 Steve - VERY similar to the V36 sedan that can already be imported here for between $35k and $60k landed depending on year, colour and spec. I believe the V37s will be available for compliance here soon too. Awesome cars!

couple of cedrics;

they come in both 3 litre turbo and NA.

and a gloria;

the gloria's are slightly better as have darker interior and a clear tail lights. (aimed for the younger market than the cedrics)

^^^ nice cars, but why would you bother importing them with that gross cream coloured non-leather interior? Those guys are crazy when you can get them in black leather with black dash that look 1,000,000 times better imho.

^^^ lol incorrect Troy - G35s were made in America, but V35 Skylines were made in Japan. Same car but different car if you get what I mean :rolleyes:

Thought they were all made in Japan?

It's my understanding that they were made in America from all the research I have done. Little things like the ECU loom/wire colours are slightly different, and things like that make it extremely unlikely that they came out of the same factory. There are lots of little things other than that, but none come to mind right now. Sadly the USA-made Bulldog/Cobb OBDII plug-in tuners don't work on V35s due to the wiring discrepancies :D

there's been a white nissan cedric forsale for ages on nissansilvia.. parks his car in front of Vivagarage pretty much daily.. i like it but hes had hell trying to sell it so if you want you might aswell be sure cos you wont be able to sell it after haha + im a car whore

    • This looks great! Awesome to have the 5 speed with an LSD in this. The Recaro's look like SR2's or SR3's. It's a shame they've been retrimmed as they would have looked sweet in their original colours. I think I'd want my agent to be a little more up front and informative too. I've never imported but I reckon it would make me a little nervous, so the more info the better.
    • Thanks for doing that Duncan! Makes you a good person in my books. We don't get kangaroos or wombats here. But we have bats and it's similar. AFAIK it's often the mums with a baby attached that get hit because they drop lower when starting from a tree. If you hit an animal, check on it. https://www.ifaw.org/au/resources/wildlife-rescue-app An app to get the closest wildlife rescue contact.
    • My dream is also to have a proper hoist, but I don't think it will ever happen. My quickjack is probably as close as I'll ever get, it really is very good though.
    • Yeah we keep on in the dailies, it is pretty poor how many animals get hit and the driver leaves without checking....have saved a couple of little ones over the years. Bit of a gruesome job though, pouches generally need to be cut open because they are so tight and often the joey doesn't realise mum is gone so they are still locked onto the teat. I checked the modules in front of the DS wheel where an oil cooler should go.... There is the radar unit - that can go for race use) One of the 2 HX water pumps, the silver cylinder. That needs to be kept but might be able to be relocated But the bad news, the big computer mounted vertically in front of the wheel (blocking any potential air exit) is the electric steering computer. That is required until/unless i do a hydraulic steering conversion, and in CAD based modern car design it is not like I can just pop a big unit like that somewhere else (plus the loom would be too short anywhere else too). So, the passenger side is OK to clear out (just use a smaller washer reservoir, potentially elsewhere), but the DS no beuno
    • Well, all the best with the new camry It was interesting to hear about the UK process, it is generally a lot more streamlined here with a shipping agent looking after all the import side (noting the exact final price can still be a surprise.....) and I've used a few different brokers on the japan (or US) side, and never had any trouble with any of them....luck of the draw I guess. You mentioned you didn't get the auction sheet (understandable since you bought it from a dealer, not auction), but I always try and get hold of that because they are pretty thorough. I've imported 2x R grade vehicles over the years and both were fine, repairs in Japan are pretty thorough compared to here in Oz.
