I would not know how to write the address

If you are able to show me what to write on the envelope it would be welcome

Just write the English version that Adam suggested. You don't need to write in Japanese when using Japanese post. I have received and sent many letters/packages using English equivalents. They still got to the destination even when they were nowhere near being correct - wrong building names etc (thanks Mum and Dad ). Japanese post is pretty good in that regard.
