hard to find a V-spec 2 for 55K~~

You can get a V-Spec 2 for 55K if you import and have the patience

Not sure about BB color V-Sepc 2

Got a Black V-Spec 2000 model with Nice mods for around 45K landed only last month, but you need to be pretty patient

Might be worth keeping an eye on the import shops as they usually list the cars that they have currently in transit. If one looks ok they will let you put a fully refundable holding deposit on it pending an inspection by yourself and a mechanic. Best part is if you like it then its yours but if you don't then just say its not good enough and you get your deposit back. Just make sure you get it worded that way when you put the deposit down.

Good luck with your search and like they said above just be patient.

I'm in Melbourne and considering selling my R34 Vspec, as I can' t use it as much as I want to, I ride my motorbike to the city every day and hardly use it on weekends. 60k is what would make me sell immediately.some quick info, to give you an idea.- yr 1999- Odo under 100k, timing belt is aftermarket upgraded anyways- bayside blue , full factory body kit- mildly tuned to 281kw @ all wheels, has heaps more potential- Brand new tyres and alignment just done- Like new inside out, you will hardly find a scratch- all seats retrimmed with new non slip leather- serviced every 5k- power fc, boost controller, intercooler, exhaust plus heaps more, looks immaculate top to bottom- too much to list, if you're interested , just pm me and you can have a look at the car in person.forgot to say something about the audio system, not a bad setup with amp+woofer & AVIC phone/nav/rev cam etc

    • Thanks for the linkie. Certainly always a great deal of help when people post comparisons like these, but I think for now I'll stay away from any semi slicks. I did go ahead and order the sportcontact 7. My buddy has them on his modified A4 and he keeps saying how good they are. For my intended purposes these will probably work real well. I'll report on them once I had the chance to try them out
    • Talk about noisy. Even when I still had the Tomei under the car I could distinctly hear the tires rolling. And I doubt I ever will need maximum grip like on a track. My GTR will maybe never even see the 600hp mark and I need to get used to the car quite a bit before challenging the limits of its handling. For the next winter storage I think I will get a set of these rubber drive-on thingies that have a tire shaped base. Those supposedly really help prevent flat spots.
    • Well our climate is definitely way less hot overall and the weather can be quite picky at times. I just know that during normal road use or even spirited drives there is no way I'd be able to consistently stay in the operating temperature, and constantly changing the tire pressure would also be a royal pain.
    • Input shaft bearing. They all do it. There is always rollover noise in Nissan boxes - particularly the big box. Don't worry about it unless it gets really growly.
    • For once a good news  It needed to be adjusted by that one nut and it is ok  At least something was easy But thank you very much for help. But a small issue is now(gearbox) that when the car is stationary you can hear "clinking" from gearbox so some of the bearing is 100% not that happy... It goes away once you push clutch so it is 100% gearbox. Just if you know...what that bearing could be? It sounding like "spun bearing" but it is louder.
