The FJs are my personal favorite, but there's no way I'd choose one over an SR these days. 10 years ago yes, but not anymore. FJs have achieved the "Rare as Hens Teeth" status which makes them a far more frustrating and expensive proposition than an SR. SRs are everywhere which means easy to get parts for and cheap.

SRs are also capable of massive horsepower.

SR - for a proven and well documented way to go. Should be fairly good on such a light car and you wouldnt need to push the motor more than 180-200rwkw to have an absolute beast of a machine.

13B - Something different, will sound absolutely awesome but at the same time alot more complicated than the SR.

All depends on what you want out of it, if you just want a fun, reasonably fast car with a minimal budget id go the SR any day of the week.

I was under the impression the 120o was a domestic name for the 120?

It badged as a 120Y.

Yeah, im aware it will cost quite a bit, i think it is worth it and id love to have such a unique track car.

I was also considering a 13BT conversion, as this is quite popular, and should be quite nice for sliding.

Im looking for 150-170kw all up, if theres any other, cheaper, setups i could consider to get this sort of power would be great?

Its a very light car, and wouldnt need any more power than this to get it sideways.
