WTB: Brembos / Torque Split Controller / 32 GTR PFC / HICAS kit

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Looking to get hold of all the following for the new race car:

* Brembo Calipers (Front and Rear) from R32 GTR Vspec, R33 GTR or R34 GTR

* HKS Torque Split controller

* Power FC and Hand Controller to suit R32 GTR

* HICAS lock kit.

So....who has what?

Also interested in the following

* Catch Can

* Oil Cooler

* Power Steering Cooler

* Non HICAS steering wheel

* State Champion Trophy :P

All to suit R32 GTR

Thanks for all whop provided info.

I'm still looking for the Brembos, pls let me know if you are considering selling, I can pay a good price for them as I need them :D Great chance for a GTR owner to put a few thousand towards upgrading to some nice GT3 or AP 6 piston jobbies

Duncan, have you considered a dogbone adaptor and bigger rotors ?? Might cost less and get the same result -

I'm gonna get DBA5000 rotors (R33 GTR diameter) and use std calipers but with the dogbone adaptors - same braking ability but heaps less fade....

Hey Brendan, unfortunately the regs are quite specific that they have to be standard rotors and calipers, since the non-vspec 32 rotors are crossdrilled that leaves them out :)

So, teh r33/34 Brembos it has to be.

Of course for anyone looking at the adaptor option I've got a set of standard r32 calipers for sale :D

Damn Nazi regulators.....

So you can upgrade your brakes to bigger R33/R34 (which are standard) but can't deviate from the standard calipers (and newer rotors)....

Those rules suck man - why don't you get standard Porsche Rotors and Calipers - they are stardard kit (on a Porsche) That's the same as upgrading to R34 brakes isn't it (very differenent cars).......

np, I'm not in a hge rush.

ylwgtr2, I'm really looking to pick up both front and rear together, and I'll pay around 2,200 for them.

Those with a 33 or 34 GTR, think how 2200 could get you started on some *big* stoppers :P

    • Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.
    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
