"universal" ones will not fit both or any that well tbh.

the ones we do are made & sold here in Japan, for each model (not the 34 tho)

cost $170 shipped if your a SAU member :)

normal price is more like $200

if you want a set all i need is

what is the sau price for r32 gtr n1 vents and intercooler surrounding in carbon?

Hey mate

I put some carbon N1 Vents in my front bumper on my R33 GTR, got some before and after shots for ya. I got mine from Just Jap, they fit ok but no where near as near as factory fitted ones. I reckon they would look pretty good on a s2, it would certainly be different any ways, stick out of the crowd a bit.

The only tips i have would be mark it out smaller than you would normally as the plastic bumper is very soft and easy to cut, then i used a drill with a 5mm drill bit and drilled the out line of it, then used a hand file slowly bit by bit shaped it until they fit in nice and snug, then gave them a good dose of sika flex to keep them in. They were a bit of a pain to do but got there in the end, you will also have to cut holes in the reinforcement bar aswell with a angle grinder and 1mm cutting disc.

As for the door trims, from my knowledge all R32,R33 and R34 have the same Interior trimming, except for a few little things but yeah should all be the same.

    • I'm a fan of the JZX110, and the Aristo. Big cruiser cars, and with the factory cars, super comfortable and feel like you're driving an armchair! And the JZ motors are a pretty nice engine too, especially with some basic mods.   The import process, and the need to be able to trust people, and the fact there's so many scammers around is what ever puts me off wanting to go through that ordeal!
    • I don't care for these at all, but at least the underside looks straight and not rusty. A good basis for a long life. Many cars from Japan have been lifted with forklifts and f**ked almost irrepairably.
    • Yes, but it's not dumb or dodgy. You can build a perfectly good boost controller from a pressure reg, a relief valve (looks same same as a reg if all from Norgren or SMC, for example) and a check valve. I ran one for years. Only superceded with  EBC because I could get one for cheaps and wanted finer control.   THis mod is certainly not a sketchy boost mod, provided the boost is kept below the "spin to death" threshold of the turbos.
    • With ordering the belt, you're doing water pump and the idler and tensioner at the same time too yes?
    • This is just a dumb way of keeping the wastegate closed to make more boost. Undo it and either follow the factory setup or redo it properly. Manual boost controllers just use a spring preload to determine when to close in response to boost pressure so it no longer vents to atmosphere.
