Where To Get Car Inspected? Where To Dyno It?

I'm looking at buying a car, and need to know a place to get it checked over properly.

I need someone who knows skylines. I want to get the engine and turbo checked, as well as the structural integrity of the car.

Also looking for a good place to dyno my car.

Hopefully this can get a sticky, or at least be in the first post on the "read first" sticky, because I'm sure this is on a few peoples mind.

Edit: I'm in the Sydney region, near Parramatta.
