nice & clean looking car... pity u weren't located near the Gold Coast

best of luck with sale :action-smiley-069:

I'll take the price off your flight off the cars price if your interested, it'd be a nice drive back up the coast

Just to answer some common questions:

Yes it is a Turbo - r34 GT-T

5 Speed Manual.

The car is in immaculate condition, it was like new when it was imported professionally for me by Top Motor Imports in Sydney in 2.5 years ago and I have been the only owner while in Australia.

When imported it had 45,000 kms, the balance has been added by me, I'd say that 90% of the kms have been highway kms as a consequence of my old 100 km trip on the highway to work each day.

Very rare 2000 + model so one of the newest R34's you'll find.

The car also has the NEO engine while I'm no expert and this info was largely sourced from the web, the advantages of this are where a NEO head was fitted it featured solid lifters rather than hydraulic, revised camshafts and a revised inlet manifold. In the combustion chamber the GT-R spec con rods are used and it also has revised variable valve timing. The turbo received the larger OP6 turbine and a slightly larger exhaust housing on the turbo is used to improve flow, the compressor wheel is now made of Nylon to reduce lag. Traction control is fitted – which you can also turn off and you can have a higher valve lift on a stock head. It is also more fuel efficient if you're concerned with that, while being more powerful. The Neo engine has a considerable torque improvement; 343nm at 3200rpm.

The only reason I'm selling is that I recently bought a boat – r34's are just not built for towing, i'm not even sure if a towbar is made for them?

I'm open to offer's, if you think the price is too high and your genuinely interested PM or reply or give me a call I'm happy to have a chat - 0419 535 755.

Thanks for the interest so far!

Matt.

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

    • What does it look like with highway driving? And yes, I had a similar thought as Duncan. It looks quite similar in my Stagea and I have made myself accept it as normal. Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
