I'm selling the big brake setup off my R34 GTR. Great for high performance cars, track cars of those that want to put their passengers through the front window!

It is a CSC brake setup front and rear, with 6 piston front calipers, with 356mm x 32mm rotors, and 2 piston rears.

Disc rotors are 2 piece. Adapters and bolts are included and the kit is bolt on.

Some of the features of these brakes are:

*High Strength Two Piece aluminium Calipers Heat treated and hard anodized

*Differential stainless steel piston sized to minimize pad taper

*Cast billet mounting brackets

*2 piece Rotor design with lightweight centre aluminium adapter

*Racing derived rotors with directional curved vane ventilation

*Rotors come standard with curved 24 slot design

*Uses standard master cylinder

*Uses standard brake lines (With ADR approved brake lines available)

*Two colours on offer for the Caliper colour Red or Black which are no cost options

Condition: Used, calipers in good condition, front discs were replaced 6 months ago, will need a skim or a proper strap drive setup... Rear discs seem fine.

Reason for selling: I do not have the cash to run this size of brake setup and replace discs, so I plan to get the stock brembo setup.

To suit: R34GTR, maybe R33GTR etc, anyone that can afford to run this setup lol. Minimum wheel size is 18 inch.

Price: $2500SOLD

Please PM if interested.

Pickup prefered, or I can deliver in Syd area.

All pics are of actual brakes on my car with 18's.

have this exact kit on one of my cars - excellent kit and this is a very good buy - I'd jump on it myself if I didn't already have them

FYI - to run the fronts on a 32/33 then you need to enlarge the mounting holes on the hub (32/33 I think are 12mm, 34 is 14MM) or just get the appropriate dog bone adapters from Access.

Good luck, don;'t think this will last long :)

  • 8 months later...

Okay, back up for sale....

See the price?, I lowered it! it's a bargain!!

Will charge a little less (like $2000) if traded with 34GTR non vspec, or 34GTR vspec 1 rear calipers in great nick...

    • I've got a 2011 J50 that I imported six years ago. The unmodified factory AV system date and time has always been correct ( Japanese timezone of course ) up until last month. About two weeks ago, at engine start, the system wished me a happy new year ( in Japanese of course ). I can't think of anything that would make the system think that the date had changed, unless the GPS component has failed/reset somehow ? I checked the GPS reception in the system settings, and it can still see the satellites. Has any other J50 owner had this happen ?  It's no biggie, just annoying that it tells me the wrong date anytime I start the engine. 😅
    • Love following your adventures on IG, hopefully if you're still around in Japan when we visit again wouldn't mind going for a few beers with you (that's if you're keen on hearing how I hate Nissans).
    • ok so if i wanted to go 18's i would go for 8's  in front 30+ or 32+ off set at front and the back 9 would be ok? what offset should i aim for.. then can i do some  hunting for wheel rim choices..    If i get this - will this fit all around: Size: 18 x 8.5 +37 - n what tyres size tyre should i get for front n back?
    • Absolute f*cking nightmare. I had to take breaks constantly, and I was always pissed off when I got home. The line split in Italy on day 2 (we drove from the Netherlands), lol. Driving any narrow European town was... well, sh*t.   Appreciate it man. Here, I'll just drop a favourite from the load I took on Saturday.   I'll update here when things happen with the car, the thing is, with stock power and almost everything chassis-wise taken care of, there really are no problems. 268,000kms now and counting.
    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
