[Syd] Greddy Type S Bov- Rb25

Hi guys,

I just bought this BOV from another forum user for my R33. It didn't really do the way I wanted it to and I sort of lost interest in it.

It is a genuine Greddy Type S BOV- I have sprayed the top part gloss black instead of the original purple.

When I purchased it, the thread in the alloy hat for the adjustment screw was damaged so I had to re-tap the hat to suit a larger adjustment screw.

Includes the following;

- Greddy Type S BOV

- RB25 adapter with gasket

- Hardware

- Screw in Plumb-back fitting

I have pulled it apart and there is no apparent damage, however, the diaphragm appears to have some slight wear.

I had it setup plumb-back and it fluttered ALOT despite how loose i adjusted it. I didn't want the flutter so that's why Im selling it.

Still its sooper cheap if someone wants to spend the time to play around with it!!

WILL SWAP FOR:

- OEM rear strut brace to suit R33

- Nismo GT gear knob

How much flutter is alot? lol.. and is it painfully obvious/annoying flutter?

Im guessing this is pretty much now a bolt on for the RB25?

Any flutter for me is kind of annoying.. so I'm possibly not a good judge! Put it this way, it didn't whoosh when I had it on the car plumbed back.

hehe fair enough.. is it flutter from the BOV or is it actually compressor surge from the turbo?
