Starter Signal Not Working

Hey Guys, always had to use a bit og throttle to start the car when cold but only yesterday realised that the Starter signal doesnt switch to on when cranking the car on ECUTalk!

I checked the fuse for the starter signal and its fine. Any other ideas?

Also the speed sensor wire is not connected aswell if that matters (on the list of things to fix)

Cars a R32 GTST.
