Chopping R34 Bonnet

Hey guys,

Im thinking to get my r34 GTT bonnet lip chopped, so it's like a GTR bonnet.

But I'm not sure where to go, anyone have any recommendation?

Only reason why I'm choosing this option is that, it saves me buying a GTR bonnet along with the latch and hinges required.

bunnings have a special on jigsaw and anglegrinders that is all u need..it should be easy to do with those tools

Hmmm... I've been told I need to unjoin the top part and the support, then cut the support, then fold the top over....

So it's not like a straight forward process.. :S I wish it was tho..

Do a R34 GTR front end conversion

Well I can't afford to spend 2-4k on parts then spend another 1k on paint on a GTR front end

That's why I got a East Bear bonnet lip like this, because it gives the GTT front bar a grill:
