Bleh - 18"s look ridiculously small on the V35 - I can't even imagine what 17"s would look like .... I would love to put 19"s on, but don't want to sacrifice the ride quality and am too cheap to pay for decent width 275 19" tyres :) Ah well it was worth a try.

I caught up with a good friend on sunday and enjoyed 1 beer compared to his 10. had a nasty headache for half the day.

I used to drink heaps, to wash down painkillers and get 'em working, but havent been a drinker now for over 3.5yrs.

could possibly be a setup option in the BIOS.

and you have plugged the cable in very firm and also attached the power

does the drive spin up at all

the green light lights up not sure if it spins up i think tangles is right tho i dont think its been recognised as been there as far as i can tell . im ready to give it my idea of a reboot and thats to boot it across the room with my steel caps on lol .

I am willing to bet that the other guy changed a jumper on the back of the drive (or the drive has died). PM me where you live and ph number Dean and I will pop over in the next day or 2 and fix it for you (and bring a spare one with me).

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
