Hi guys,

Just trying to get a hold of someone from nistune as i paid $600 for an ECU board and tuning tools etc for my 32 2 days ago, and have sent 2 emails and heard nothing from them since, a bit worried...they list no phone numbers on the website..

Really wanted to get it here by friday so i could get the car running good enough for the SAU track day on sunday..but unless it gets sent tomorrow (express post) its not gonna happen :(

Not overly impressed with customer support at the moment, i ordered and paid for a rear housing from GCG within an hour of ordering the nistune and it is already in the post lol pinch.gif

So if anyone knows of another way to contact someone from nistune to confirm they have received my order/money that would be great.

Thanks,

Daniel.

Surprised you haven't gotten a response. I had mine installed in person by matt after emailing him directly.

It didn't take long to get a response, perhaps he's just tied up at the moment :(

I used to have his mobile number, however recently cleaned out my phone so ive lost it. I'm sure someone here might have it.

Hang on in tho, such a great product.

What the, 2 days! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously though...I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with Matt. And 2 days isn't long, only have to be a very minor freight stuffup to make it take even double that long.

You're going to be a busy boy fitting it and tuning it by sunday!

It wasnt a freight delay, i had paid for it and not heard back, as i said they had an error with the system and did not receive my order, but all good...fixed now :) and yeah i will be but only really need to make minor adjustments from the standard tune..

Yeah it does, its the newest Innovate one, ill have to figure that out oneday. Just received the board now and have begun installation :) very happy with matts efforts once i got through to him.

    • Yep, the closest base tune available was for the GTT, I went with that and made all the logical changes I could find to convert it to Naturally Aspirated. It will rev fine in Neutral to redline but it will be cutting nearly 50% fuel the whole way.  If I let it tune the fuel map to start with that much less fuel it wont run right and has a hard time applying corrections.  These 50% cuts are with a fuel map already about half of what the GTT tune had.  I was having a whole lot of bogging when applying any throttle but seem to have fixed that for no load situations with very aggressive transient throttle settings. I made the corrections to my injectors with data I found for them online, FBCJC100 flowing 306cc.  I'll have to look to see if I can find the Cam section. I have the Bosch 4.9 from Haltech. My manifold pressure when watching it live is always in -5.9 psi/inHg
    • Hi My Tokico BM50 Brake master cylinder has a leak from the hole between the two outlets (M10x1) for brake pipes, I have attached a photo. Can anyone tell me what that hole is and what has failed to allow brake fluid to escape from it, I have looked on line and asked questions on UK forums but can not find the answer, if anyone can enlighten me I would be most grateful.
    • It will be a software setting. I don't believe many on here ever used AEM. And they're now a discontinued product, that's really hard to find any easy answers on. If it were Link or Haltech, someone would be able to just send you a ECU file though.
    • Yes sir am asking is there possible way from aem tuner from wiring pins
    • Have you checked cam to crank timing and confirmed balancer marks are correct?
