Hey guys, sorry if this is on a thread else where, searched it up but couldn't find anything useful :(.

Anyway I was wondering how hard it would be to swap a standard 2001 front grill (sedan) to something like this http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Nissan-v35-g35-skyline-Carbon-Fiber-Grille-grill-gtr-/140556788179?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item20b9d661d3#ht_2564wt_905.

All help is appreciated,

Joshua.

NP...just for future reference, most of the front end stuff between coupes and sedans are different...ie: bonnet, bumper, grill, headlights, corner indicators. Even S1 and S2 sedans have different headlights, bonnets and front bars too, so check before you buy

yes I did catch that bit of info Chris, thanks for the double check though. 2002 is S1 correct? Also the stock unit doesn't have an AUX input does it, as I am going to pick up my 300gt tomorrow and was wondering if I should make up some cd's for the trip home and do they play MP3 disks?

Sorry N15m0 it was missing an 's' www.bodykitskingdom.com.au

That Gialla Kit would be a series 1.

You can check out more kits here on Japanparts.com

Majority are for coupes with a handful for sedans

dammit how am i meant to plug in my ipod for my 7hour journey home? :(

where are you picking that car up from? if its brissy run pst here (see sig) and I'll toss a lead into it.

It was in Gold Coast got her and we were home last night at 7:30pm, left at 1am to get down there o.O, She is beautiful, has almost every premium option available except sunroof by the looks of it (will double check the list later). I will post some picks in the gallery later on today.

- sunroof

- rear camera

- dealer installed DVD

- AC power supply

and - toll card reader

These are the options it doesn't have (and sports + track ones) so a good buy at $14000 drive away with 41000 on the clock 300gt.

Congrats on V35 ownership :D

What have you upgraded from?

Can't wait to get mine, its still in Japan

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
